Job Description We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible to ensure the best service satisfaction to our customers.
We expect the Technical Support Engineer to: working in 24/7 support schedulefinancial systems monitoring using proprietary monitoring systemsregistration and resolution of service requests, incidents, and problemassistance to DevOps engineers, developers, and QA engineerscommunicating with client and partner company representativesknowledge exchange with fellow colleagues Qualifications 2+ years' experience in UNIX/Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL will be a plus)advanced Windows userbasic knowledge of shell script languages awk, perl, etc.strong analysis, investigation, and troubleshooting skillsgood command of written and spoken English languageAdditional skills considered an advantage: understanding of ITIL/DevOps processes and routinesexperience with SQL-like command languageknowledge of Java programming languageexperience with trading/exchange/risk management software usageexperience with Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence, FishEye, etc.)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or professional secondary education related to network administrationWe welcome all candidates who believe, as we do, that innovation is grounded in education.
