What started as a simple reviews site, is now one of the largest online car-changing destinations in Europe - over 10m customers have used Carwow to help them buy and sell cars since its inception.
Last year we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service. In 2024 we went big and acquired Autovia, doubling our audience overnight.
Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with over 1.1 billion annual views, sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350 million.

WHAT YOU'LL DO This challenging position entails more than performing quality analysis and is all about breaking the barriers of current Quality Assessment practices: you'll be part of the decision making process scaling the company's current quality practices and re-defining the future of quality at Carwow. As a Quality Analyst in Carwow's Training and Quality Team you'll: Assist multiple Carwow teams in the creation, implementation and execution of quality practices including assessments; Highlight best practices and key areas for improvement to be used for agent performance improvement, internal process review and training/ coaching; Be actively involved in developing and delivering relevant and engaging coaching and training materials to address improvement opportunities detected; Make use of your unique cross-team profile to disseminate best practices and successes across teams.
You are expected to think critically about our own processes and ways of working and encouraged to suggest improvements.
Requirements WHAT YOU'LL NEED Experience in QA role preferably having used Quality Assurance Management Systems Strong analytical skills, including the ability to extrapolate an isolated incident to a potential improvement opportunity Strong communication skills: capable of turning complex processes into clear and engaging training material Adaptability, including the ability to work with imperfect information while motivating all involved teams to adopt changes to the process Positive attitude, especially capable of motivating others #curious - eager to learn and continuous improvement mindset Google Workspace proficiency Desirable: knowledge of CRM Software (preferably Zendesk and Salesforce) Benefits WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Remote working Competitive salary to fund that dream holiday to Bali Share options - when we thrive, so do you
