You manage your calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot.You ensure strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM.You're ready to leverage CRM for improved efficiency and effectiveness, and to identify new opportunities.4- TACKLING OBJECTIONS You review 2-3 call recordings per week to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills.You are ready to propose 1-5 fresh ideas per month to enhance our offerings.5- EVENT PARTICIPATION You actively participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products.You assist in or lead at least two webinars per month.DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF ? ----------------------------------Experience You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.You have a track-record in successfully closing high-ticket deals to BtoC clients.Personality Autonomous Leader: You're organized, can juggle multiple priorities, make confident decisions, and inspire others to follow.Market Curiosity: You have a keen interest in the personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or Edtech market.Sales Savvy: You excel at sales, understand the customer decision-making process, and are eager to improve your sales, influence, and negotiation skills.?
