We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, focusing on technical recruiting. This is an exciting opportunity to help Five9 build our presence in our new location in Porto, Portugal. We are a service-oriented talent acquisition team that prides ourselves on delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. The right candidate for this role is someone who is professional, highly motivated and has the ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. You will be working with an existing global talent acquisition team that is collaborative, innovative and best of all - fun The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in building our technical team in Portugal as Five9 continues to expand globally. This position will be hybrid and based in our Porto, Portugal offices. This is a 12-month contract role.
Responsibilities: Attract the best talent for open positions while building and maintaining relationships with the talent for future opportunities.Build trusted and long-term relationships with hiring managers. Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices.Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (time to fill, candidate experience, quality of hire).Source using various tools. Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting technical talent.Provide a stellar candidate experience and the ability to pipeline candidates for future opportunitiesAttend networking events to source technical talent.Continuously improve our talent brand, recruiting processes, and candidate experience. Requirements: 5+ years of technical recruiting experience including sourcing, preferably with growing technology companies3+ years in an in-house environment, technology company preferredGreat follow through with candidates and ability to create exceptional experiencesProven track record of finding and hiring top technical talent with a high close rateProfessional written and verbal communication skillsTeam PlayerHighly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesParticipate in identifying ways to improve processes implement better workflows and execute on process and improvement projectsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Five9 embraces diversity and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. The recruiting function, including systems and processes, for Five9 are driven out of the US office with team members in various satellite offices. It is imperative that individuals responsible for the recruiting out of their respective offices, as well as team members in the United States, have the ability to share information and data. Often, this necessity extends beyond the recruiting team, and includes hiring managers as well.The recruiting function, including systems and processes, for Five9 are driven out of the headquarters in the United States with team members in satellite offices across various countries.• The HR Operations team, based in the US, must have access to hiring data from other countries in order to complete Compliance audits.• Our compensation and Benefits team , based in the US, must share and receive data from all offices with respect to job grading and compensation.• The FP&A team, based in the US, provides headcount and must receive offer details to hired employees for reporting purposes.• Our Payroll team, based in the US, must receive and provide data in order to complete payroll activities.• For many of the roles in other countries, the hiring manager is based in the US. They must have access to the resumes for candidates for assessment and access to offer documents for hired candidates for budget purposes.• The CFO must approve all offers and offer information must be shared across offices in order for that action to be satisfied.• The recruiting team needs access to data related to recruiting functions for reporting, process enhancements, data assessments. *
