We're looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.Purpose of the Job Posting:The purpose of this job posting is to find a qualified individual to fill the role of a DSM, with National responsibility, to lead our Oncology and Hemato-Oncology team. This person will report to the business unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and the capability to build relationships with various stakeholders, delivering meaningful customer experiences that drive positive impacts for patients.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a diverse sales team.Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring effective communication and cooperation between sales, marketing, and medical teams.Ensure performance expectations and development goals are clearly understood by all team members, regularly monitor results and goals achievement, participate in SR performance evaluation, Performance Management, and Career Planning.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Lead, manage and develop the professional skills of SR /Coaching SR.Responsible for implementation marketing strategy and achievement of business plans, communicate with other functions and provide information about the situation on the local market.Responsible for efficient allocation of financial and non-financial resources.Represent and behave in alignment with our company values, policies, and standards, and ensure understanding of and compliance with Red Book a Good Promotional Practice within the team.General Competencies Required:Able to live and work in Portugal - mandatory.Portuguese speaker - mandatory.Fluent business- and job-related English (written and spoken).Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.G., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Finance), additional education will be highly valued.Minimum of 2-3 years of hospital sales/marketing experience in oncology, preferably in breast cancer or hemato-oncology.Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Proven record in marketing and promotion and/or people management.Ability to travel 80% of the time, have a driver license.Familiarity and/or experience in marketing processes.Strong understanding of the interplay between sales, marketing, and medical functions.Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry economics and drivers.Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, continual improvement, simplicity, and focus.Influence and leadership skills
