randstad SSC is the Randstad area specialized in Shared service centersOur client is a multinational company, leader in its sector and they are recruting an AP/AR profile.responsabilidades chaveYour role:Management of vendor master data and inbound documentsRecording of PO and non-PO invoices, trigger approvals and schedule paymentsManagement of recurring entriesBlock/unblock invoices on requestGeneration and review payment proposalsProcess (manual) payments/ pre-paymentsValidation SOX controlsAddress vendor inquiries and handle disputes and exceptionsPerformance of reconciliations and period end close activitiesServe as Subject Matter Expert for particular process activitiesAssists with implementation of activities to streamline and standardize, including operational metricsProvide assistance to Team Leads as needed and participate in special projectscompetênciasIf you have:3 years Accounts Payables, Accounting work experienceDeep understanding of Accounting and Accounts Payable processesGraduate min.BSc. degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplineDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English + French or German.MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel skills and advanced working knowledge of SAP, xSuitePrior work experience with US GAAP will be a plusDemonstrated ability to work on and own initiativesProven ability to evaluate situations to determine the importance, urgency, risks and then make clear and timely decisionsSelf-reliant with ability to escalate appropriatelyStrong organizational skills with open minded approach and receptive to changeOperates at the highest standards of business ethics, honesty, personal integrity, and professionalism.principais benefíciosYou will have a great opportunity to be part of a multiculture environment, a variety of challenges, working with internal clients, that will suport you during your journey.#J-18808-Ljbffr
