Integre projeto aliciante na área de dispositivos médicos. A sua nova função - Gestão de encomendas recebidas;
- Gestão de incidentes de expedição e de faturação;
- Reporte das incidências ao Operations Manager;
- Atualização de ficheiros de clientes e implementação correta de todas as atividades de serviço ao cliente conforme os processos e diretrizes da empresa;
- Contacto com clientes via e-mail e telefone.
O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido - Experiência prévia em funções semelhantes, nomeadamente na vertente de Costumer Service na Indústria Farmacêutica, Dispositivos Médicos ou semelhante;
- Português fluente e inglês intermédio;
- Experiência em "Softwares" semelhantes ao SAP.
- Serão valorizadas comportamentalmente competências como pro atividade, dinamismo, resiliência e capacidade de trabalho em equipa.
O que a empresa lhe pode oferecer
Oferecemos um Contrato a Termo Incerto de 6 meses, com a possibilidade de renovação e após 12 ou 24 meses, possibilidade de integração. Oferecemos um salário base e um subsídio de alimentação, bem como integração num grupo multinacional. O regime de trabalho é híbrido, com 2 dias de teletrabalho por semana.
