Job Description Procuramos um perfil generalista em Recursos Humanos com forte interesse em retalho, dinâmico e que possa dar apoio ao HR Manager nas funções relacionadas com os Recursos Humanos.Descrição do Posto:Apoiar o departamento de RH da Loja, colaborando em parceria com o HR Manager para contribuir para o bom funcionamento da loja.Ajudar no processo de recrutamento dos operadores e supervisores de Loja seguindo os procedimentos da empresa.Formação: Implementar a cultura de autoaprendizagem dentro da empresa.Motivar a equipa de acordo com os padrões da empresa.Garantir o cumprimento das questões legais e políticas da empresa.
Implementar os procedimentos internos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos legais e regulamentares.Ajudar na gestão do pessoal da loja incluindo Payroll, planificação dos horários e controlo de presenças.Gestão integral da Política de Recursos Humanos na loja, garantindo que a equipa está plenamente consciente da mesma.Colaborar para assegurar os padrões de Segurança e saúde.Requisitos:Licenciatura na área de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Economia ou similares.Experiência mínimo de 1 ano na área de Recursos Humanos.
Preferencialmente com experiência em retalho.Bom nível de Inglês (escrito e falado).Bom conhecimento de informática – Microsoft Office.Boa comunicação e influência.Organização.Trabalho em equipa.
