HR Admin - French SpeakerWe are looking for an HR Admin - French Speaker to join our Reward Operations team at Airbus Portugal.
Responsibilities - your mission Integrating trainees and temporary workers in the tools (Workday and SAP)Integrating suspensions, modifications, and terminations for trainees, and also extensions for temporary workers in the toolsManaging Workday administrative request rejections and all the mismatchesChecking and administering the interface between Workday and SAPExtracting and processing payroll data for temporary employeesSending data to all temporary employment agenciesAnswering requests received from the different stakeholders for trainees and temporary workersRequirements - our ideal candidate will have Mandatory fluency in FrenchKnowledge in Workday, SAP, Service Now & Google Suite (preferential)Previous experience working in Human Resources (preferential)Versatility to work with different technical toolsGood communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure to agreed deadlinesResults and detail-oriented, with a logical approach to completing tasksUnderstanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/complianceCritical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvementDemonstrate a 'can-do' attitude in all areasBenefits - what's in it for you Diverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work.A modern office at Lisbon well connected to public transportation.A motivated and fun crew to grow and build and shape the GBS together.An intense and exciting onboarding experience.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
