As the right-hand person to our Founding team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives at Bloq.it.What will be your responsibilitiesWork closely with the Founding team to develop, communicate, and execute corporate strategic initiatives and priorities, ensuring alignment across all departments;Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives from inception to successful completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and keep progress on track;Provide oversight of key operational functions, continuously improving processes and effectively allocating resources to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and enhance operational efficiency;Act as a trusted advisor to the Founding team, offering insights and recommendations on key business decisions.
