Your Role
As our VP of Growth, you will be responsible for driving results across various projects and initiatives. Your primary focus will be on creating a steep growth curve, which will require you to set ambitious yet achievable goals, develop strategic plans to reach them, and execute with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive accountability by ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Act as a champion for our results-driven culture within the team and organization.
• Build, coach, and empower A+ teams to reach their potential and provide 5-star experiences to our users and partners.

Location
Sunny Lisbon will be your home base, but you will travel to and work with our five markets.
