Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting ambitious yet achievable goals and developing strategic plans to reach them
  • Taking ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion
  • Driving accountability and ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities

You will also be responsible for building, coaching, and empowering A+ teams to reach their potential and provide 5-star experiences to our users and partners.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a proven track record of successfully owning projects from conception to completion
  • An unwavering drive and desire to excel in your field
  • The ability to master communication, build relationships, and showcase organizational skills

This role requires fluency in English and an EU work permit. You can expect regular travel, including extended stays working with our international teams.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around €120,000, plus a range of benefits that include unlimited growth potential, inspiration and guidance from our high-performing teams, and the opportunity to fuel your interpersonal and digital skills through hands-on experience.
