We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive Assistant to join our team at Michael Page Portugal.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our business development executives, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in executive assistance or business development roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
