Responsabilidades Seleção e recrutamento equipas para trabalhar em eventos e ativações de marca. Gestão administrativa e logística da atividade; Gestão do CRM das equipas. Realização de entrevistas de recrutamento de novos colaboradores presencial e virtualmente. Apoio na elaboração de candidaturas a nível (inter) nacional. Elaboração de proposta de relatórios das ações a nível (inter) nacional. Gestão logística de fardas e de material de apoio às ações. Acolhimento de novos membros. Rotinas diárias Gestão de pessoa a nível nacional e internacional; Criação relatório final das ações. Envio de propostas de serviço às equipa antes do evento; Garantir a realização de relatórios a serem enviados aos clientes após as ações. Publicação de anúncio de recrutamento e entrevistas nacional e internacional; Agendamento e acompanhamento de entrevistas da área de people a nível nacional e internacional. Envio do manual de acolhimento a todos os colaboradores quando fazem o primeiro trabalho. Telefonar a todos os profissionais de eventos que trabalham com a BTRUST no dia de anos. Garantir que toda a equipa usa o crachá com o nome e crachá BTRUST (quando autorizado). Garantir que todas as fardas entregues à equipa são devolvidas à BTRUST até 15d no máximo, excepto quando autorizamos que fiquem com a mesma. Manutenção e organização do armazém do Porto. Apoio no fecho de equipas a outros escritórios da BTRUST sempre que necessário.
