Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a minimum of five years of experience to lead the marketing efforts for our innovative high-performance teaming educational product. The ideal candidate will have experience managing marketing strategies for B2B educational or technical products and will be able to execute campaigns targeted to both technology and non-technology sectors. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies that lead to greater growth for the company. This role will initially focus on promoting the educational product directly to companies.

Format: HybridKey ResponsibilitiesMarket Segmentation & Analysis: Leverage publicly available datasets (LinkedIn, Statista, Pordata, etc.) to analyze the Lisbon market and segment target industries.Marketing Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns including webinars, workshops, podcasts, and content strategies to create awareness and generate leads in both technology and non-technology sectors.Brand Development & Value Proposition: Ensure the product's consistent value proposition is effectively communicated in all marketing materials.Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and PPC campaigns.Marketing Framework: Assist in developing the marketing framework to support a larger rollout of the product throughout European and US markets.Event Management: Coordinate and manage participation in key industry events like the World Management Agility Forum.KPIs and Performance Tracking: Collaboratively define and track KPIs related to lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.Product Feedback & Improvement: Implement feedback loops from customers and trainers to continuously improve the product.Must HaveResident in Lisbon city.3+ years in a Marketing Manager role.Proficiency in English and Portuguese.Why you should join us?Be at the forefront of transforming the future of work by driving innovation and meaningful change in organizations worldwide.Work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact.Enjoy a flexible and inclusive work environment that values your expertise and contributions.Access to resources and opportunities for continuous learning and growth.Competitive compensation package with benefits and perks tailored to your needs.What We OfferEach employee has a chance to see the impact of their work.
