As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will be tasked with enhancing our brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and increasing market share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to create unified marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking performance against KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
