Responsabilidades da função: Experiência do cliente: Atrair e fidelizar clientes, prestando atenção a todos os detalhes e prestando um serviço da mais alta qualidade, reflectindo os valores da marca. Vendas: atingir os objectivos comerciais da loja e do KPIS, transmitindo aos clientes o valor diferencial da marca. Operações de loja: trabalhar em equipa, realizar inventários, gestão de stocks, caixa registadora, relatórios diários, entre outros, para que o ponto de venda funcione correctamente. Imagem da loja: manter a loja devidamente ordenada, seguindo os padrões visuais, bem como actualizada com os produtos necessários para oferecer um serviço de qualidade. Adequação cultural: cuidar e fazer parte de um ambiente de equipa positivo, incentivando a colaboração e o trabalho em equipa. Requisitos Como o imaginamos: É prestável e simpático, tem uma grande atitude positiva, é entusiasta e sabe como se relacionar com os clientes. Tem curiosidade em aprender novas competências e um bom conhecimento dos produtos e, claro, a moda é a sua paixão e transmite-a
