Your responsibilities as a Recruiter will be: Recruitment and selection processes of international customer service agentsManaging the selection process via phone and email contact and keeping the applications database updatedAnalyzing CVs and making pre-selection calls, both with local and international applicants from all over EuropeValidating applicants' language skills, technical skills, and soft skills requiredOrganizing, preparing, and executing selection activitiesManaging relocation support for applicants and being the 1st point of contact for them during the selection processConducting interviews with the applicants and presenting a final short-list of selected candidatesCompleting a high volume of administrative tasks in a precise mannerEnsuring structured and organized work procedures and being adaptive to a flexible work environment What you need to succeed in this role: A native level of Italian and minimum B2 level of EnglishHaving first experience in RecruitmentAbility to handle a high volume of tasks, calls, and recruitment processesHaving a strong interest in Human Resources and the right level of empathyHaving organizational skills and able to work independentlyBeing a team playerLiving in or willing to relocate to Lisbon/Porto for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required) What's in it for you? Contract: 12 months contract (30 days trial)Private health insurance from day 1Working hours: 40h/week (8h/day, 5 days a week) on a rotative schedule Monday to Saturday 08.00 to 19.00For international candidates: Relocation package including accommodation, flight reimbursement after 6 months, help with paperworkSalary:without accommodation: 1400€ GROSS + meal allowancewith accommodation: 1120€ GROSS + meal allowance (only in relocation package) Your Future Company:
