.Stefanini is hiring Windows System Junior Administratos to join one of our clients operating in Lisbon.Project duration: 1 year, with chances of extending; Work model: hybrid (3 days per week on site in Lisbon's office)Role responsibilities:Analysis of the current IT infrastructure to identify any areas that require updates or improvements.Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.Monitor and manage day-to-day IT infrastructure including hardware, software, network, and server administration.Maintenance of system security by implementing and managing appropriate measures.Collaborate with business teams to customize and adapt existing systems to the organization's specific needs.Provide technical support and guidance to business teams.Monitor system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery, under the internal policies and procedures.Create and maintenance the necessary technical documentation of software, hardware, and network inventory, under the internal policies and procedures.Support in developing and implementing IT standards and policies and provide guidance during system upgrades or installations.Role requirements:Experience in supporting and implementing technology infrastructure.Experience managing and supporting Windows Infrastructures.Experience supporting Microsoft Cloud environment.Experience in supporting corporative Microsoft Windows Network.Experience in supporting final users on IT issues.University degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent.Portuguese and English fluency.Experience with international and multicultural projects.Capability to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Capability to constantly look for new innovations, technologies and methods which can improve the daily work activities.Capability to assimilate new knowledge.Communication and collaboration skills.Basic knowledge in Information Security.Problem-solving skills.The preceding job description had been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
