**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze and identify areas for improvement in our current IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and server administration.
- Maintain system security by implementing and managing appropriate measures.
- Collaborate with business teams to customize and adapt existing systems to meet their specific needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to business teams.
- Monitor system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery, adhering to internal policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation of software, hardware, and network inventory, following internal policies and procedures.
**Requirements:
- Experience in supporting and implementing technology infrastructure.
- Experience managing and supporting Windows Infrastructures.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Cloud environment.
