Responsibilities: Provide expert-level support and administration for Oracle HRIS, including system configuration, user management, and troubleshooting. Serve as the primary contact for data extraction and reporting requests, utilizing Oracle reporting tools to generate custom reports and analytics. Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations. Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation to support Oracle HRIS end-users. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Oracle HRIS databases, implementing best practices for data management and security. Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Additional Responsibilities: Manage and fulfill ad-hoc and scheduled data extraction requests from Oracle HRIS databases. Develop and maintain a library of standard reports and dashboards using Oracle reporting tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable queries and reports. Optimize data extraction processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HRIS administration and support, with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite HR. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Oracle reporting tools (e.G., Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle OTBI). Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions.
