We are excited toannounce an opening for aProject Operations Officerto join our innovative team????What You Will Do:·ComprehensiveReporting: Provide detailed and comprehensive reports on the status of projectmanagement support functions to the Project Manager, ensuring all relevant datais accurately captured and communicated.·Functional Support:Offer functional support to various project roles, including Document Manager,Configuration Manager, Change and Complaint Manager, Requirement Manager, andScheduler, to ensure smooth project operations.·Project ManagementImprovement: Assist the Project Manager in enhancing and optimizing projectmanagement support functions, identifying areas for improvement andimplementing best practices.·Work Package Control:Oversee and support the timely preparation and finalization of work packagesfor project management support functions, ensuring they meet project deadlinesand quality standards.·Meeting Participation:Attend project meetings, both internal and with customers, to discuss projectstatus, issues, and progress, contributing to effective communication anddecision-making.·Customer Interaction:Participate in customer visits as needed, representing the project managementteam and addressing any customer concerns or requirements.Your Profile·Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Traffic,Railway, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.·Certifications:Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PMO Certified Consultant(PMO-CC), or equivalent qualifications are a plus.·Experience: At least 2years of experience in project management, particularly in complex software,transportation, or mobility industry projects.·Project ManagementMethodologies: Solid understanding of project management methodologies such asAgile and Waterfall.·Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with the large-scale software industry, including key drivers,trends, and technologies, is advantageous.·Project Delivery:Proven ability to manage international projects from inception to completion,consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.·Multitasking Skills:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize taskseffectively, and meet stringent deadlines.·Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectivelyinteracting with internal teams, customers, and partners.·Problem-SolvingAbilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactiveapproach to identifying and resolving issues.·Language Proficiency:Fluent in English at a negotiation level; proficiency in additional languageslike German is a plus.·Technical Proficiency:Hands-on experience with project management tools such as IBM Primavera, MSProject, Jira, and Confluence.·Travel Availability:Willingness and ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, asrequired by project needs.AdditionalResponsibilities:·Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensureproject continuity and success.·Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring theirrequirements and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.·Quality Assurance:Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhereto company policies and procedures.·Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management,continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.·Team Collaboration:Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging knowledgesharing and continuous improvement among team members.·Budget Management:Assist in monitoring and controlling project budgets, ensuring cost efficiencyand resource optimization.If you are passionate aboutproject management and eager to make a significant impact in the mobilitysector, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity??#SiemensMobility: Where your unique identity and perspective are notonly valued but are essential to our success.
