About the role Our Workforce Data Administration team, composed of 9 people, is integrated in the Global Business Services department and focuses on Data Maintenance in collaboration with the HR community.As a Workforce Data Administration Specialist, you will work on data management, and employee records to support HR process activities. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the ambitious transformation journey Solvay is launching in order to further upscale our capabilities and have a positive impact on Solvay Global Business Services.You will be accountable for:Assist in maintaining accurate and timely employee records - Profile creation for new hires and Contingent Workers, transfers, personal information, organizational information… when not performed through the self-service by employees or managersEmployee onboardings in our Success Factors Employee Central HCM systemSupport data entry for various HR processes including position management, hires, rate changes, promotions, transfers, terminations and data corrections in our Success Factors Employee Central HCM system.Support in documenting work instructions and proposing improvement ideasAssist in troubleshooting and escalating issues as neededWe offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode. About you Relevant education degree in HR, Data Management or equivalentMinimum 1-2 years Human Resources administrative or related experience requiredExperience maintaining an HCM System (SAP, Successfactors, Workday…)Experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery modelFamiliar MS Excel and a proven ability to manipulate data and to learn business systemsBehaviors:Strong analytical and critical-thinking skillsAttention to detailAbility to work collaborativelyAbout the pay and benefits Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portuguese base pay reasonably expected for this role is 1350€ to 1500€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
