Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily marketing activities and will assist with various tasks to support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
The candidate will learn to use the company CRM and other sales and marketing tools to identify areas of improvement and help in setting the correct data accuracy expected. The improved process and tool should lead to good market shaping and market sizing for our BSH products. Will receive support for its implementation and its internal communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain marketing schedules, calendars, and appointments.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and other materials.
Organize and manage the inventory of marketing materials and supplies.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning for the marketing team.
Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for marketing collateral and promotional items.
You will help and support the Regional Senior Marketing Assistant for BSH in improving and standardizing marketing and sales processes in Hologic Breast Skeletal Health Division.
SkillsProficient English verbal and written is required.
Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
