Business Development Executive | BU Apple Lisboa Business Development Executive | BU Apple Lisboa Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal Fantastic opportunity to gain experience in an exciting,- paced industry in a caring, nurturing and motivational culture that allows for true personal advancement.Job Purpose:To act as internal support to the vendor business lead to drive profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.Responsibilities:Engages with the Business Unit and/or General sales floor, running desk training, tool training and driving product mind shareSupport development of strategies and ideas to assist business growthOwnership for building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system (Compass)Weekly reporting to the vendor on- out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipelineSupport execution of business plans as required by the business development managerSupport execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing ManagerIdentify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordinglyThe point of escalation for customer care issues from the sales floorProvide direction for the development and maintenance of web tools such as InTouch, Licensing Online (LOL) as well as vendor- sites and online configuratorsCommunicate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions to customers and the internal sales teamsRun call out days on the sales floor and/or the Business Unit sales teamsPromote and sell TD SYNNEX's- business services through the sales floor and/or Business Unit sales teamsEngage directly with customers depending on role requirementsKnowledge Skills and ExperienceCustomer FocusInitiativeInterpersonal SkillsBuilding structured sales activityHigh energy and motivatingSelf-ManagementAbility to develop a knowledge of product and technology portfolioIT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors and CompetitionExperience of SAP R3 and Business Warehouse would be an advantageWorking knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookTelephone sales skillsDegree in a business related subject is desirable / an advantageWhat We Offer:We provide competitive compensation with regular annual salary reviews.Hybrid work (2 days at the office, 3 days at home).We value continuous learning and provide a clear progression plan, comprehensive benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and more.#LI-SH1What's In It For You?Elective Benefits: Our programs are tailored to your country to best accommodate your lifestyle.Grow Your Career: Accelerate your path to success (and keep up with the future) with formal programs on leadership and professional development, and many more- demand courses.Elevate Your Personal Well-Being: Boost your financial, physical, and mental- being through seminars, events, and our global Life Empowerment Assistance Program.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: It's not just a phrase to us; valuing every voice is how we succeed.
