As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist - Corporate Account, your responsibilities will include coordinating demand creation and revenue fulfillment, conducting operative sales operations activities, maintaining data in a customer-specific Access database, creating presentations and reports, supporting price negotiations, and contributing to sales planning and process optimization.

In your new role, you will:
Support the Demand Creation and Revenue Fulfilment in coordination with Account management for a major automotive customer operating worldwideConduct various operative Sales Operations activities such as independent sample management (order processing) and sales planning to secure customer projects in the ramp-up phase, account clearing for selected locations and clarification of overdue payments, creation of debit & credit notes, processing of customer inquiries etc.Create presentations, analyses, and reports using various BI data sources and tools such as SAP, proprietary reporting tools, and MS Office (e.g.
plan-actual comparisons, sales development, fulfillment considerations, etc.
)Support the account management in the preparation and implementation of annual price negotiations; including analysis and plausibility checks of customer data in coordination with account management and global VPA responsibleSupport in executing sales planning for selected business unitsContribute to the optimization of sales-related processes as well as providing ideas regarding efficiency-increasing measuresAct as an expert in your area of responsibility towards internal stakeholders and customer counterparts, build trustful and constructive cooperation with internal and external interfaces, operating globally You have a passion for sales operations, and you have a structured and strong business mindset.
You keep the big picture in mind, with a team player attitude that gives you the ability to motivate and inspire your team.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in business administration, industrial or electronics engineering, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in sales, purchasing, or other positions involving close customer contact in the B2B environment, ideally in the automotive or semiconductor industry and in a big global acting companyProficiency in all other MS Office formats and ideally familiar with SAP and Microsoft DynamicsIn-depth expertise in MS ExcelHave excellent analytical skills and can work with complex dataHave a technical understanding as well as in-depth commercial and communication skillsWillingness to travel for training, e.g.
2-3 months to GermanyFull proficiency in English, both written and spoken (German would be a plus) Please send us your CV in English. Contact:
