Tasks You will assist via phone/mail/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the business Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job Ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master You will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible areas (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.) Requirements Minimum secondary school (High School) is required for this role C2 or native-level of Dutch English and French level B1 (preferred) SAP/ERP basic knowledge Previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order -Entry /Back Office) - preferred Ability to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily (handling requests, complaints etc) Benefits Competitive salary Long-term contract directly with the end company Health insurance Hybrid model Multinational and growth environment
