The role We are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our Customer Success team.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with our Business Development and Demand Generation teams to ensure the successful close of opportunities in our sales pipeline.
This role requires a blend of communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities: As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Lead Generation and management Work closely with the Lead Generation team in the evaluation of new leads, owning qualification from Marketing leads to Sales opportunities.
Move Sales opportunities through the funnel, making sure each lead is assigned to the right team member.
Support Business Development goals Work closely with the Business Development team, helping support the execution of their plan, including but not limited to transforming business development goals into top-of-the-funnel guidelines for the Lead Generation team; trade-show planning and meeting booking; key accounts management.
  Sales enablement material Lead the development of sales enablement material, working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to craft the right messages and matching them to the right opportunities.
Continuously update the sales enablement materials considering updates to NDI's product portfolio and insights gathering during the regular course of business activities.
  Ownership of opportunities and deal closing Own part of NDI's opportunities pipeline, working to successfully bring new customers into the NDI ecosystem.
Identify opportunities for expansion of adoption of NDI in the current customer base, owning the upsell pipeline in coordination with the Business Development team.
  Strong relationships with customer base Foster and maintain strong relationships with NDI's customer and partner base, serving as the key point of contact for administrative issues, regular check-ins, and all other activities needed for effective account management and high customer satisfaction.
An ability to engage potential customers, ask them questions to gain an understanding of their business or product objectives and share the results with NDI colleagues is core to the role.     Sales Operations Work with Sales Operations to ensure both your work and the functions dependent on you, have the right infrastructure, processes, reminders, and collaboration cadence for the effective pursuit of NDI's Sales and Business Development goals.
Requirements Qualifications The technology and business models we support are complex.
A university degree in finance, commerce or computer science, or relevant experience would be ideal.
Experience in sales roles in the video technology sector, including pipeline management and account management Experience in the usage and management of CRM platform is highly desirable – we use Salesforce which makes experience with this platform a key advantage for any candidate.
The sales cycle at NDI are high touch.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.  Advanced Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.  The role involves creating, managing and analyzing data across a number of domains.
Candidates will need to enjoy taking a highly structured approach to their work to be successful.
Familiarity with NDI technology or similar video over IP technologies is highly desirable.  Benefits The benefits depend on the location of the candidate.
