Job Description:Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team and work remotely from anywhere in the world. This position is ideal for seasoned recruitment professionals who are passionate about connecting businesses with top-tier talent. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while making a significant impact on our clients' success.
In this role, you will take charge of the entire recruitment process, from understanding client needs to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified candidates. Your expertise will help establish strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across different industriesDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidatesConduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fitBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needsProvide expert guidance to clients on recruitment trends and best practicesEnsure timely communication and updates to candidates regarding their application statusDocument all recruitment activities accurately for reporting purposesRequirementsProven experience in recruitment, with a track record of successful placementsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and rolesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in using various online sourcing platforms and networkingA proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing hiring needs
