.Crossjoin Solutions is a portuguese IT company founded in 2009, active worldwide in more than 30 clients (Canada, Latin America, UK, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Ireland, France and Germany). Through the service we provide to our customers, we currently support dozens millions of consumers in many different countries around the world. We deliver consulting services covering systems end to end optimization, enterprise testing, troubleshooting major incidents, incident resolution, fullstack architecture advisory, continuous integration, deployment and development acceleration, infrastructure managed services by operating in any sector whose business depends on information systems (banking, insurance, health, automotive, finance, telecommunications, etc). We deliver the following solutions: Performance Services; IT Administration; Development Services; Devops Services. We value our coworkers training. Responsibilities: Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents; Ensure the performanceof daily health checks of the applications, scripts, and infrastructure by support team; Handle late night and weekend emergency support on as required; Process issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification; Improving and documenting the technical processes around application support; Installing, configuring, and administering application servers. Requirements: Bachelor's and/or Master's in Computer Science or similar; Experience working in application support roles; Knowledge in the following technologies: Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Oracle Weblogic, Apache Tomcat, RedHat Linux, ATG eCommerce and NGINX; Availability to travelto other locations when required; Good level of English (at least C1).
