We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide support for a leading manufacturer of drones, action cameras, and other products?If you have a native or high level of Italian and you have strong communication skills?Looking to make your career in a multicultural environment in sunny and happy Lisbon?We have the perfect opportunity for you As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email.- You will provide accurate and detailed information about drone products, features, and specifications.- You will assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.- You will diagnose and resolve technical issues related to drones, remote controllers, software, and accessories.- You will process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.- You will track and update customers on the status of their orders.- You will stay informed about the latest drone models, software updates, and industry trends.- You will provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.- You will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding service quality standards.- You will gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
Requirements
You are the perfect candidate if you have: - You have a Native or proficient level of Italian (C1 - C2)- You have a Intermediate level of English (at least B2)- You have strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills- You have analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail- You have a desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver- You have to hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal-You have to be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (work on site)
