Job Title: Italian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Customer Labs is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.

Your Role:
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
  • Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed.
  • Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.
  • Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction.
  • Review and provide feedback on help content.
Your Qualifications:
  • C1 level of Italian.
  • Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
  • Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
  • Fast decision-maker with a positive outlook.
  • Available to work flexible hours and days.
