Job Title: German-Speaking Betting Customer Service Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Betting Customer Service Expert to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries related to products (sports, casino, poker) and cashier operations
  • Evaluate specific concerns and implement necessary measures to fulfill customer requirements
  • Collaborate with teams across different locations with aligned goals
  • Report system irregularities and customer-facing issues to the appropriate department

Requirements:

  • German language C1 level
  • English language skills to a business standard (B2)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skill level
  • Calm manner and able to work under pressure and be confident in answering a wide range of customer enquiries
  • Ability to perform well in a multi-task/cultural and ever-changing dynamic environment
