Discover a challenging role as an Italian-speaking customer service expert specializing in drone products at Expert Gmbh, our partner in Lisbon.
This dynamic position requires prompt and professional communication with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues related to drone products, features, and specifications.
You will be responsible for guiding customers through product setup, troubleshooting, and usage, while ensuring timely order processing and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Italian (C1 level) and English
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to drones, remote controllers, software, and accessories
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring seamless transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest drone models, software updates, and industry trends

About You

  • A high level of Italian (spoken and written) (C1)
  • A high level of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and follow established procedures

The Offer
