Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced German-speaking customer service specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and other channels. As a Senior Drone Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues, providing accurate and detailed information about drone products, features, and specifications, and assisting customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
You will diagnose and resolve technical issues related to drones, remote controllers, software, and accessories, process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, track and update customers on the status of their orders, and stay informed about the latest drone models, software updates, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a native or proficient level of German (C2), intermediate level of English (at least B2), strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn and advance.
