Customer Support Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal. As a German-speaking customer advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional support to German-speaking customers via email, chat, or phone.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Prior experience in customer service is beneficial, but we welcome individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
