Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Utilize your IT expertise and market knowledge to proactively identify potential clients, assess their needs, and identify areas where our services can add value. Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and open doors for new projects within IT companies. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities within the IT industry. Generate high-quality leads and develop a pipeline of potential clients by leveraging your existing network and utilizing various sales and marketing channels. Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in potential client organizations. Engage in consultative discussions to understand their challenges, objectives, and IT service requirements. Present compelling solutions and value propositions that align with their business goals. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide them with tailored solutions. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships. Continually identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, technical experts, and senior leadership, to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet client requirements. Leverage their expertise and insights to deliver comprehensive and competitive offerings. Profile: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Computer Science, Business, etc.) Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT industry. In-depth knowledge of IT services, software development, outsourcing, and management solutions. A track record of successfully generating new business opportunities and closing deals within the IT sector. Strong networking skills and an existing network of contacts in the IT industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively to diverse audiences. Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
