We foster a supportive and inclusive work environment where every team member is valued and empowered to succeed.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Provide professional and friendly customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate and helpful information.Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our support processes by sharing customer feedback and insights.Requirements:Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in French (written and spoken).
