This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and fluent in French to develop their career in a supportive and innovative environment.As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued French-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, ranging from billing issues to technical support and product information. Your role is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, reflecting the company's values and commitment to quality service.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from French-speaking customers, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns related to billing, services, technical support, and product offerings.Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and upsell where appropriate.Documentation: Accurately log and document all customer interactions and actions taken in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.Feedback: Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve our products, services, and processes.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as technical support and billing, to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.Qualifications:Fluent in French (both written and spoken) is a must. Strong communication skills in English are also highly desirable.Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and articulate communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.Customer Service Orientation: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Basic Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.Previous Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call center, or telecommunications is an advantage, but not a requirement.Availability: Must be based in Porto and willing to work on-site in a fully office-based environment
