Job Description Family Description Corporate Services (AD) consists of executive, professional, and support services in the areas of general administration, facility and real estate management, health, security, and secretarial services as well as external affairs and information services. Comprises other enterprise-wide functions such as trainees.
Subfamily Description Change Management (CHM) comprises the preparation and support of different stakeholder groups / business units / teams with change management activities. Facilitates the introduction of new structures, processes, roles, and / or methodologies within Nokia.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Makes proposal for process performance targets & defines, implements and monitors the process performance metrics continuously.
Creates and implements e2e processes scope in own responsibility area and provides cross-functional inputs.
Identifies, analyses and defines continuous improvement initiative, optimization and automation of processes based on performance measures, benchmarking, customer feedback, lessons learned, audit etc.
Creates process development plan and execution roadmap (12-18 month) and long range plan (3 years).
Ensures that processes are sufficiently documented, are aligned with Nokia process architecture and common global process documentation guidelines.
Reviews & approves process documentation.
Ensures that processes and related IT solutions (tools & processes) meet the approved business requirements (targets, business requirements from process managers).
Creates, maintains and approves blueprints, user guides and working instructions.
Drives Process Management alignment with Information/Data management.
Supports process issues, acts as a specialist and gives support in a team.
Defines and executes trainings based on own area of expertise. Supports cross-functional trainings.
Creates process governance structure.

Scope & Contribution Individual Contributor: Performs and/or coordinates day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives. Carries out root/cause analysis in more complex problems. Can develop and implement recommendations. Managerial/Supervisory: Direct supervisory responsibilities for people. Typically first level (and lowest level) of solid line management. Carries out variety of complex activities according to plan within broader area of responsibility, analyses problems. Decision-making typically according to established solutions.
Innovation Accepts responsibility for and demonstrates support for delegated decisions. Requires minimum supervision. Uses non standard approaches to resolving issues. Suggests improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation. Demonstrates initiative & adaptability to changing business environments. Is willing to take on new roles or jobs appropriate to skill set in different environments and/or locations.
Communication Works to influence others to accept job function's view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. Requires ability to communicate with functional leadership regarding team & technical matters. May conduct briefings with senior leaders within the job function. May at times be required to negotiate regarding operational issues. Has cross-cultural knowledge and global mindset.
Knowledge & Experience Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents. Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
