We're looking for a Coordinator with experience in renting or leasing or factoring and knowledge on Financial Institutions practices.

Tasks You'll be managing and optimizing the performance of Customer Service Desk and Contract Management activities, that should result in providing a high level of service.
In your day-to-day, you will: Manage and monitor workloads, inventories and backlogs Improve processes efficiency, compliance and customer/partner satisfaction, while ensuring full adherence to corporate policies and values Ensure quick and correct execution and follow up of incoming client requests as well as contract management activities Support and drive project implementations within the department Act as an Operation Specialist to support activities within Department Manage all administrative subjects related to: Contract Administration, Traffic Fines, Customer Service Desk, Services, Complaints and Archive Requirements You're the person we're looking for if: You have a university degree, preferably in Economics, Management or similar You have around 2 years of experience as a Coordinator of a Back Office/Operations/Contract Management team and within the financial services sector You have a good knowledge on vendor finance processes You have a native level of Portuguese and an advanced level of English (B2+/C1) You have team management experience and skills You're a person able to motivate and encourage the team to achieve their goals You have a good command of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, MS Teams, Power Point) You're disciplined and methodical person, dynamic and willing to face new challenges You can commute to the office in Oeiras (2x per week) Benefits We're offering: Competitive salary + annual bonus Hybrid work (3 days of homeoffice) Ticket restaurant Health insurance Life insurance Flexible hours (Monday to Friday: 8-9 am to 5-6 pm)
