Leasing/Renting Coordinator With Portuguese And English

We're looking for a Coordinator with experience in the renting or leasing or factoring sector. If you have an advanced level of English and native level or Portuguese, apply now to join an international company in Oeiras Tasks In your day-to-day, you will: Manage and optimize the Contract management/Back Office team's performance Manage and monitor workloads, inventories and backlogs Ensure follow up of incoming client requests as well as contract management activities Support and drive project implementations within the renting/leasing department Act as an Operation Specialist to support activities related to: Contract Administration, Traffic Fines, and Customer Service Desk Requirements You're the person we're looking for if: You have a university degree You have around 2 years of experience as a Coordinator within renting or leasing or factoring You have a native level of Portuguese and an advanced level of English (B2+/C1) You have team management experience You're able to motivate and encourage the team to achieve their goals You're disciplined, methodical, dynamic and willing to face new challenges You can commute to the office in Oeiras (2x per week) Benefits We're offering: Competitive salary + annual bonus Hybrid work (3 days of homeoffice) Ticket restaurant Home office allowance Health insurance Life insurance Flexible hours (Monday to Friday: 8-9 am to 5-6 pm) Talent Search People is an international recruitment and human resources consultancy founded in 2006 with the aim of finding talent and turning it into an opportunity.
