Principais responsabilidades: Desenvolver, implementar e executar campanhas CRM Sales Force B2B e B2C para aumentar o engagement e a retenção; Gerir e acompanhar campanhas, gestão de projetos, análise de KPIs, relatórios e revisão de planos de conversão, retenção e reativação para diferentes segmentos de clientes B2B e B2C; Construir e repetir campanhas de ciclo de vida end-to-end, incluindo a identificação de segmentos de público-alvo, desenvolvimento de estratégias de campanha, colaboração com design e produto, desenvolvimento do processo de revisão e obtenção de feedback de vários stakeholders ; Estabelecer um relacionamento de trabalho sólido com stakeholders multifuncionais através da nossa equipa comercial, operacional, marketing e de design; Criar relatórios que comprovem ou sugiram a eficácia da campanha e da estratégia.
