Nous recherchons des conseillers pédagogiques sur le marché B2B pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Lisbonne. Les conseillers pédagogiques sont en contact direct avec nos apprenants et jouent un rôle essentiel dans l'accomplissement de la mission de goFLUENT, qui est d'accélérer l'apprentissage des langues.Rejoignez-nous et participez à l'aventure goFLUENT en aidant les collaborateurs de nos clients (grandes entreprises internationales) à améliorer leur niveau en langues étrangères.Votre mission :Devenir expert et maintenir une compréhension complète de nos produits et services que vous pourrez expliquer à nos nouveaux apprenants qui commencent une formation goFLUENT afin de les aider à tirer le meilleur parti de leur expérience de formation.Identifier et apprécier les besoins des apprenants et répondre à leurs demandes sur différents canaux de communication (téléphone, email, chat).Assurer une communication fluide et efficace avec les différentes équipes internes.Être proactif afin d'optimiser nos procédures internes, améliorer la qualité de nos réponses et renforcer l'engagement des apprenants.Vous aimerez ce poste si :Vous avez une excellente capacité de communication, tant orale qu'écrite en français.
