Job Overview and Responsibilities
Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group's transformation.
Join us in one of our 3 service centres: Lisbon, Curitiba, and Bangkok, be part of this transformation journey from the start.
The incumbent will deliver T&E services according to the service catalog: post, check and proceed with corrections if necessary. The T&E team is also in charge T&E Cards and P-Card administration activities.
Key Responsibilities: To perform transactional operations on a day-to-day basis, according to operational procedures, respecting service, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targetsRun operations in T&E system (Concur)Posting of expense reports in ERP and account reconciliationLegitimacy check of expense reportsRequests for corrections and their validation according to the standard proceduresT&E cards and Pcard administration activitiesDay-to-day interaction with internal or external stakeholders, using defined communication channelsRespect quantitative, quality, and timing targets for the assigned tasks (e.g. check results/reconciliation of performed transactions)Ensure up-to-standard service delivery, correct processing of data, and maintenance of the systemPerform problem-solving for non-complex issues. Solve errors and problems based on the solutions given in the documentationEscalate any process that cannot be performed based on given documentation to a T&E Team LeaderTo strive for continuous improvement, identify/propose actions/ideas to improve processesTo maintain operational procedures updated (incl. training materials for new hires)To contribute to projectsPerform internal controls and ensure complianceEducation and Experience Degree in Accounting, Finance or in T&E domainAt least 1 year of experience working in T&E processMust-have skills SAP and Concur experienceMonitors and checks work or information and plans and organizes time and resources efficientlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational bottlenecksOrganizational and analytical skillsGood verbal and written communication skills for effective collaborationAttention to detail to maintain the highest operational standardsMust-have Language Skills:
Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
