Description We are searching for a specialist collection analyst specialized in account receivable and invoices.
As a collection analyst, you will work as an Individual Contributor in the Collections/Accounts Receivables team and key responsibilities would include: Flawless execution of the Collections processes and associated sub-activities like sending account statements, calling and attending customer inquiries, etc.
Ensure he/she adheres to the collections strategy and recovers the payments towards invoices.Manage AR collection including Preventive and dunning actions Individual customer account reconciliation Release blocked ordersFollow-up with customer towards outstanding invoice via calls and emailsRespond to customer queries and requests on timeCoordinate with dispute resolution team and expedite the dispute resolutionCoordinate with cash application team and ensure payments are applied on timeCustomer ledger reconciliations Maintain audit trail and history on customer follow-upsManaging bankruptcy and Payment plan routinesHandling process to assign accounts to 3rd party and ensure queries form 3rd party handled on timeManage accounts for customer loans, marketing assistance, pre-paid expenses and doubtful receivables in accordance with accounting standards (Balance Sheet Account Management Requirements) Reconcile OTC-related ledger accounts within defined due dates and perform related bookings in ERPSupport financial reporting processes (e.g.
