Sobre o nosso cliente Multinational in the Energy & Renewables sector. Descrição Document Review: Regularly review existing HSE documentation to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations and industry best practices, and update documents accordingly to maintain compliance. Communication: Collaborate with service managers and employees to gather information and feedback, ensuring that documents reflect the most current safety and environmental practices. Data Analysis: Collect and analyse HSE data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and translate findings into actionable document updates. Reporting: Generate reports on HSE document compliance and performance, presenting findings to management. Create/update training material. Perform/coordinate audits. Process management. Manage emergency response plans and procedures. Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in a relevant field e.G., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in document development and management, especially in an Health & Safety / Occupational Safety or regulatory context. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office.
