At Conrad Algarve we Create Leaders What will I be doing? As Reservations Intern you will be responsible to deliver highest level of quality to our guests. Within this internship you will support the team with the following tasks:
In contact with guests to accept and confirm individual guest reservations by e-mail or telephoneResponsible for the accurate processing of reservationsUpdating reservations via the CRS systemExcellent knowledge and correct use of the various hotel ratesCorrect handling of reservations documentsAdhere to the company credit policies and proceduresEnsure quality checks on the current reservation systemMaximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing up-selling with a sales attitude .Keep guests' information updated to maintain high level of guest service standardsWhat are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Reservations Intern. This role will focus on the following skills and competences:
