We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey.THE ROLEAs the Operations Strategy Specialist - Capacity Planning, you will be an expert within a central team that focuses on the development of strategies related to the design of a high-performance capacity planning model and implementation of the processes, policies, and procedures that bring that model into reality to drive operational results on availability and quality of the fleet, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.You will be responsible for designing strategies related to capacity planning, scheduling, resource allocation, demand planning, efficiency reporting, and controlling mechanisms. You will coordinate and implement projects related to the core capabilities within those areas. You will develop alternative resource strategies that enable operation sustainability and continuous adjustment of capacity to demand. You will be a subject matter expert within the organization relative to those capabilities and you will monitor the success and business results regarding the strategies that have been put in place.Reporting directly to the Operations Strategy Director, this role is of extreme importance to the organization and will require deep integration with other central teams and regional and local operating structures.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Take ownership of the creation, implementation, and refinement of capacity planning strategies and processes that drive excellence operations and continuously adjust our capacity to operational needs and a clear strategy of internal and external resources that maximize sustainability and operational quality at minimum cost.Own the creation of standard operational procedures that are integral to the training of our central and local teams regarding how the dimensioning of the teams is planned, the different organizational structures for each location dimension, the scheduling of personnel according to operational demand, among others
