.Hello Are you an experienced HR Manager looking to support a team of highly-skilled, top-talent tech innovators by finding the right people to help the company grow? That's why we're looking for someone passionate about HR culture and best practices, with hands-on experience in how to manage the HR department. As a Senior HR Manager at Altar, you are responsible for finding and nurturing our most valuable asset: our people. We expect you to be passionate about delivering a candidate experience that truly showcases what it means to be an Altarion – with culture at the heart of that experience. What You'll Be Doing: As an HR Manager, you'll: Act as the first point of contact and HR representative for the team and management, providing guidance and support on all cross-functional HR-related matters, including employee benefits, branding initiatives, meal cards and insurance programs; Supervise and monitor the strategies implemented at the recruitment level (agreements with colleges, contact with agencies, Sourcing strategy, HR mobility, visa-related topics, KPIs); Follow-up of the recruitment cycle, supervision of processes and support in the organization and integration of new employees; Update the HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data. Supporting management in the integration of new employees; Conducting Culture andWell-being questionnaires and interviews; The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table: Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology); 5+ years of proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter/HR Manager; Solid experience in ITrecruitment is mandatory; Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter; Experience in full life cycle recruiting; Fluency in both written and spoken English. Here's The Cutting Edge Tech Stack We Use: Figma – for Design, Prototyping and Design Systems; Angular, React, Vue, Next.Js, Gatsby, Typescript/Javascript/Ecmascript, RxJS, HTML, CSS, and SASS – for Front-End development; Redux, Akita, Elf, Observable Store, NgRx, Jotai and Zustain - for State Management; REST, GraphQL - for APIs; Flutter, ReactNative, Ionic, and Nativescript – for Mobile development; Node.Js, Express.Js – for Back-End development; Python, TensorFlowJS -for Machine Learning; Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform and Azure – for Managed APIs; MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and InfluxDB (TimeSeries) – for DBA Admin; CircleCI and GitHub Actions - for CI/CD; Docker and Kubernetes - for Containerization Orchestration; Cypress, Jest, and Karma – for Testing; Slack, Jira, Notion, and Confluence –for collaboration and organization
